Much of the magic of Comitán is its gastronomy that reflects the mixture of both cultures. The traditional sausage and the compound bread are emblems brought by the Europeans when they brought wheat and the way of making the different breads, as well as the use of pork as the base of almost all the dishes of this beautiful destination.
