Temperant water

Agua de temperante

Preparation time: At the moment

Ingredients
  1. 250 gr. Sugar
  2. 100 gr. Cinnamon
  3. 5 gr. Red powder coloring
  4. 3 liters of Water
Preparation
  1. Temperate: Boil 1 L of water with sugar and cinnamon, when it looks like honey, add the food coloring and stir to prevent sticking.
  2. In a jug with water add 200 ml of the Temperate mix and add ice.
