Granillo atole
Delicious drink that is characterized by having white corn kernels. Delicious white corn atole
Preparation time: 2 hours
Ingredients
1 Kg. White corn
5 gr. cinnamon sticks
50 gr. Lime
250 gr. Sugar
6 liters. Water
Preparation
Clean and wash the corn.
Cook the corn in 3 L of water with lime.
Remove the corn from the heat when it releases its shell, then wash with plenty of water.
Grind half of the coarse corn (cracked) and the other half fine.
In a pot, place 3 L of water and add the 2 types of ground dough and stir until incorporate perfectly and then boil it.
When it begins to thicken add sugar and cinnamon.
Serve hot
