Ingredients
- 500 gr. Palmito
- 200 gr. Onion.
- 300 gr. Carrot.
- 50 gr. Chili Peppers.
- 1 pc. Sprig of thyme.
- 1 pc. Sprig of oregano
- 6 pcs. Large pepper
- Salt
- 300 ml. Vinegar.
- 80 gr. Panela (piloncillo) or sugar
Preparation
- Cut the carrot, the chili and the heart of palmito into small cubes And cut the onion into thin slices.
- Grind the panela.
- Mix the vegetables, thyme, oregano, allspice, salt and the panela.
- Place in a glass container and add vinegar until covered, let it marinate 2 or more days.
- Serve cold as a garnish for other dishes.
