Bread soaked with brown sugar honey and cinnamon. One of the classic ones!
 

Excellent option for lovers of sugary foods. It is nothing more and nothing less than marquesote bread soaked with piloncillo honey and cinnamon.

Ingredients
  1. 15 pcs. Eggs
  2. 125 gr. Flour
  3. 1 kg. Sugar
  4. 4 L. Water
  5. 20 ml. Natural yellow coloring.
  6. Cinnamon
Preparation
  1. Butter and flour a mold.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
  3. Make a syrup with the water, yellow food coloring and sugar.
  4. Beat the whites to the point of nougat with sugar, separately beat the yolks until fluff up.
  5. Carefully add the yolks to the whites and incorporate the flour in a wrapping way.
  6. Empty the previous mixture into the mold and bake until approximately 30 min.
  7. Once cooked, unmold and refrigerate for a day.
  8. The next day cut the bread into the desired shape, add the syrup and let it soak for a day.
Tips:

You can buy marquesote bread and just prepare the syrup.
