Excellent option for lovers of sugary foods. It is nothing more and nothing less than marquesote bread soaked with piloncillo honey and cinnamon.

Ingredients
- 15 pcs. Eggs
- 125 gr. Flour
- 1 kg. Sugar
- 4 L. Water
- 20 ml. Natural yellow coloring.
- Cinnamon
Preparation
- Butter and flour a mold.
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
- Make a syrup with the water, yellow food coloring and sugar.
- Beat the whites to the point of nougat with sugar, separately beat the yolks until fluff up.
- Carefully add the yolks to the whites and incorporate the flour in a wrapping way.
- Empty the previous mixture into the mold and bake until approximately 30 min.
- Once cooked, unmold and refrigerate for a day.
- The next day cut the bread into the desired shape, add the syrup and let it soak for a day.
Tips:
You can buy marquesote bread and just prepare the syrup.
