Three lagoons (NMX)

The Tres Lagunas Crocodile Sanctuary is located in the Lacandon Jungle, on the margins of the Montes Azules Biosphere Reserve. In this site of exuberant vegetation, there are 3 bodies of water that are lagoons and where a very important species lives, the Brown Crocodile (Crocodylus moreletti) that is in charge of maintaining the aquatic ecosystem in good condition. This is the main attraction of the site.

This place gives the sensation that the lagoons look like mirrors that reflect the grandeur of the Lacandon jungle, colored in green and blue tones that inspire a moment of peace; here the traveler will not be able to perceive anything else but peace and nature.
