How to get to Palenque:

 

It is located 259 km from Tuxtla Gutierrez, it is recommended to take the highway to San Cristobal de Las Casas and then return to Federal Highway 190 to the junction with Federal Highway 199 leading to Ocosingo. From Villahermosa it takes 2 hours and 50 minutes.
