Ingredients
1 kg. Flour
500 gr. Sugar
6 pcs. Eggs
30 gr. Baking powder
60 gr. Lard
5 gr. Salt
250 gr. Sugar with coloring
1 Lt. Oil
500 ml. Water
Preparation
Make a dough with flour, eggs, royal, lard and salt.
Let the dough rest for 30 min.
Make small balls with the help of the dough.
Fry the balls in plenty of oil.
Make a thick syrup and once it is warm, stir constantly with the help of a wooden shovel until it becomes a thick sugary syrup.
Bathe the fried balls with this sugar, paste 4 or 6 balls and when they are ready sprinkle them with the dyed sugar.
