Nucú

Exotic dish from Chiapas, it crumbles easily on the palate.

This edible ant has a pleasant smell in which the aroma of the soil where it sprouts is perceived, due to its texture they crumble easily on the palate; Before eating it, add a pinch of salt and a few drops of lemon.

  1. 200 gr. Nucú
  2. 3 pieces Lemon
  3. 15 gr. Salt
Preparation
  1. Toast the Nucú in a frying pan, add salt and lemon juice
