Delicately flavored soup made from chicken broth, vegetables and small drops of wheat flour.
Preparation time: 1 hour
Ingredients
2 lt. pc. Chicken soup
100 gr. Tomato
80 gr. Onion
10 strands Saffron
100 gr. Squash
100 gr. Carrots
100 gr. Potatoes
Pepper
Thyme
Flour drops
125 gr. Wheat flour
1 pc. Egg
20 gr. Baking powder
250 ml. Milk
15 gr. Sugar
Salt
Oil (as necessary)
Preparation
Cut the vegetables into small cubes.
Finely chop the tomatoes, fry them and add the broth then add the vegetables and cook until soft.
Flour drops:
1.- Mix all the ingredients in a container to prepare the drops of flour.
2.- Heat oil in a frying pan, with a soup spoon take a little of the mixture dropping it little by little into a container trying to form small drops, once they are fried remove it from the heat and remove the excess fat with absorbent paper .
3.- Serve the broth garnished with the flour droplets.
Tips:
Prepare the soup with ranch chicken broth that adds more flavor to the dish.
