Description:

Chiapas is the second state nationwide in biodiversity and thanks to its orography, it allows it to hold the title of being an icon in diversity of species, ecosystems, accompanied by its extensive culture and traditions.

Chiapas Birding and Photo Festival is held in order to disseminate responsibly the natural and cultural heritage of the state, it is an event of bird tourism and nature photography attended by specialists such as: ornithologists, photographers, academics, people dedicated to conservation and passionate about sustainable tourism.

This festival integrates multiple activities such as conferences and workshops with the participation of international speakers specialized in the subject, as well as bird watching and photography tours; within the natural protected areas of the state, sustainable communities and enclosures dedicated to the conservation of nature.
