Turula salad

Delight yourself with the flavor of the Chiapas coast with this classic of the region prepared with dried shrimp, tomato, onion, coriander, green chili and lemon.

 

Ensalada turula

Preparation time: 25 minutes

Ingredients
  1. 500 gr. Dry shrimp
  2. 300 gr. Tomato
  3. 100 gr. Onion
  4. 100 ml. Lemon juice
  5. 200 gr. Cucumber
  6. 10 pcs. Tortilla chips
  7. 50 gr. green chili
  8. 10 gr. Coriander
Preparation
  • 1.- Disinfect all vegetables.
    2.- Cut the tomatoes, onion, cucumber and chili into cubes and finely chop the coriander.
    3.- Clean and wash the shrimp with hot water.
    4.- Mix the shrimp with the tomato, onion, cucumber, chili, lemon juice and coriander.
    5.- Serve with tortilla chips.
Tips:

When buying the shrimp check that it is not painted since this type of shrimp it is of very low quality, it can be detected by observing an excess of color.
