Ingredients
1.5 kg. Rabbit
120 gr. Corn dough
45 gr. Oil
2 large cloves Garlic
200 gr. Tomato
200 gr. potatoes
100 gr. Onion
5 gr. guajillo chili pepper
5 Epazote leaves
Salt
3 Lt . Water
Preparation
Peel and cut the potatoes into wedges.
Cut the onions and tomatoes into thin slices.
Devein the guajillo chili and fry it together with the garlic, onions and tomatoes, then blend everything.
Clean, wash, cut the rabbit into pieces and bake until golden brown.
Once the rabbit is browned, cook it in salted water.
When it starts to boil, add the potatoes and the ingredients that were previously blended.
Dissolve the dough in a little water and add it to the broth together with the epazote.
