Ingredients
- 1 kg. Pork ribs
- 5 pcs. Garlic
- 200 gr. Onion
- 10 gr. Pepper
- Salt
- 3 pcs. Celery.
- 80 ml. Bitter orange
- 300 gr. Lard.
Preparation
- Cut the ribs into small pieces.
- Cook the ribs with water, garlic, onion, pepper, celery and orange.
- Fry the ribs with lard.
Tips:
Avoid overcooking so it doesn't dry out
