Fried ribs

Typical dish that cannot be missed in traditional snack restaurants, pork ribs marinated with sour orange..

Preparation time: 45 minutes

Ingredients
  1. 1 kg. Pork ribs
  2. 5 pcs. Garlic
  3. 200 gr. Onion
  4. 10 gr. Pepper
  5. Salt
  6. 3 pcs. Celery.
  7. 80 ml. Bitter orange
  8. 300 gr. Lard.
Preparation
  1. Cut the ribs into small pieces.
  2. Cook the ribs with water, garlic, onion, pepper, celery and orange.
  3. Fry the ribs with lard.
Tips:

Avoid overcooking so it doesn't dry out
