- 1 kg. Beef jerky(dried meat)
- 500 ml. Oil
- 80 gr Tomato
- 50 gr. Onion
- 30 gr. jalapeño pepper
Preparation
- Wash the dried meat to remove excess salt and cut it to the desired size.
- Wash and disinfect the tomato, chili and onion.
- Heat the oil.
- Fry the meat in the oil.
- Cut the tomato, chili and onion into slices.
- Serve the meat with the tomato, onion and chili.
- It can be served with refried beans and fresh cheese.
Tips:
It is recommended to buy soft dried meat and wash it before use.
