Fried jerky (tasajo)

Tasajo frito

Preparation time: 20 minutes.

Ingredients
  1. 1 kg. Beef jerky(dried meat)
  2. 500 ml. Oil
  3. 80 gr Tomato
  4. 50 gr. Onion
  5. 30 gr. jalapeño pepper
Preparation
  1. Wash the dried meat to remove excess salt and cut it to the desired size.
  2. Wash and disinfect the tomato, chili and onion.
  3. Heat the oil.
  4. Fry the meat in the oil.
  5. Cut the tomato, chili and onion into slices.
  6. Serve the meat with the tomato, onion and chili.
  7. It can be served with refried beans and fresh cheese.
Tips:

It is recommended to buy soft dried meat and wash it before use.
