450 gr. Dry shrimps
150 gr. White onions
350 ml. Lemon juice
80 gr. White chili peppers
Preparation
Clean the shrimp, remove the tail and legs.
Place the cleaned shrimp in boiling water and let it rest for 15 seconds, then strain and let it cool.
Fillet onions in thin slices.
Place the cleaned shrimp, lemon juice, sliced onion and sliced peppers in a container.
Let marinate for at least 2 hours.
Tips:
When buying the shrimp, verify that it is not painted since this type of shrimp is of very low quality, it can be detected by observing an excess of color.
