INGREDIENTS:
- Cocoa 250 gr.
- Dry corn 2 kg.
- Sugar 1 kg.
- Annatto 10 gr.
- Cinnamon in slices 20 gr.
- Golden omelette 5 pcs.
- Water 3 L.
- Ice
PREPARACION:
- Brown the corn, annatto and cocoa and peel them.
- Finely grind all the ingredients until obtaining a reddish powder.
- Mix the powder with water, ice and sugar.
Tips:
To prepare the water, it is recommended to liquefy the tascalate so that it integrates homogeneously all the ingredients.
