Preparation time: 15 minutes

Ingredients
  1. 80 gr. Ground coffee
  2. 100 gr. Piloncillo
  3. 20 gr. Cinnamon
  4. 1 liter. Water
Preparation
  1. Boil the water, cinnamon and brown sugar in a clay pot, once it is boiling add the coffee, and remove from the heat and wait a few minutes for the coffee to settle.
Tips:

You can replace the panela with sugar.
It is a hot drink and can be served with bread.
