Temple and convent of Santo Domingo de Guzmán

The Dominican temple is the best example of Chiapas Baroque linked to Central American forms due to its beautiful mortar façade, its golden altarpieces and its pulpit, it is considered one of the best of the Baroque era in Latin America. The annexed convent was the main one of the Dominicans in Chiapas and is distributed on two floors around a patio.
