Preparation time: 2 hours.

Ingredients
  1. 1 kg. Lean beef
  2. 1 kg. Beef rib
  3. 10 gr. Thyme
  4. 1 pc. sprig of oregano
  5. 1 pc. Cinnamon sticks
  6. 1 pc. Clove
  7. 5 pcs. Whole pepper
  8. 300 gr. Sliced tomato
  9. 250 gr. Sliced onion
  10. 5 pcs. Deveined ancho chili
  11. 10 pcs. Bay leaves
  12. Ground bread
  13. 2 liters of water.
  14. 50 ml. White vinegar
  15. Sal
Preparation
  1. Wash the meat and ribs. Cut them into pieces; cook with water add the vinegar, thyme, oregano, cloves, peppers, tomatoes, onions, chili, bay leaves and salt then cover to simmer.
  2. Once the meat is cooked, add the ground bread and check the flavor.
Tips:
  1. It is recommended to cook it in a pressure cooker to save time.
