Beef Salpicon

You cannot miss this dish made with beef, lemon, onion, green chili and parsley.

You can have it as a delicious snack or in some tacos.

Salpicón de res

Preparation time: 45 minutes.

Ingredientes
  1. 1 kg. lean top round beef
  2. 10 pcs. Bay leaves
  3. 5 pcs. Thyme sprigs
  4. 10 pcs. Pepper
  5. 200 gr. Onion
  6. 5 garlic cloves
  7. 250 gr. Lemon
  8. 15 gr. Green Chiles
  9. 1/2 bunch Parsley
  10. Sal
Preparation
  1. Wash and cut the meat into medium pieces.
  2. Cook the meat in water with salt, thyme, bay leaves, pepper and garlic; remove from heat until it gets smooth.
  3. Wash, disinfect and finely chop the onion, chili and parsley.
  4. Extract the juice from the lemons.
  5. Chop the meat.
  6. Add the onion, chili, parsley and lemon juice after that add salt and mix perfectly. Accompany it with tortilla chips.
Tips:

The meat can be minced in a food processor to save time and obtain an even mince.
