It is the most famous Hacienda in the Cintalapa Valley, located a few minutes from the city, it was an extensive large estate that initially belonged to Bartolomé de Valdivia, who named it La Valdiviana, thus perpetuating his surname.
Due to the extension that it had, this farm was very productive; The henequen, which was the most exploited industrial product in the last two decades of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century, was cultivated there.
